1. Digital Product Policy

Since we sell digital products such as HVAC eBooks and downloadable files, products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Product not delivered within 24 hours
• Corrupted or inaccessible digital file

3. Non-Refundable Products

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed successfully, refunds will not be provided.

This policy helps protect digital content from unauthorized usage and copying.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before the digital product is delivered or downloaded.

After successful delivery, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
